In order to uninstall the game from your computer, I suggest you use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

Also, you can remove it manually. Go to (C:) > Program Files > EA Games > Medal Of Honor Allied Assault and delete the game folder. After that, go to Start, type regedit and open the utility. Navigate to HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE > Software > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Uninstall and delete {823A68CC-3049-4A6B-8F63-7DC85E4BB1C9} and {0DEA94ED-915A-4834-A87E-388D012C8E02} folders.

Unfortunately, the game is developed to run only with Windows XP, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows 98 and Windows 95 operating systems. It also requires a 450 MHz Intel Pentium 2 or 500 MHz AMD Athlon processor, 128 MB RAM memory, 1.2 GB of free hard drive space and a 16 MB video card. You can try to run in on your computer using Windows Vista Compatibility Mode and Administrator rights.
